Workshop Bookings

All workshop bookings are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, your booking may be exchanged for an alternative date, subject to availability. To arrange a date change, we must receive at least two weeks’ notice prior to the original workshop date.

Alternatively, if you can no longer attend, your booking can be exchanged for a gift certificate of the same value. This can be used towards the cost of a future workshop. Requests for gift certificates must also be made with a minimum of two weeks’ notice before the scheduled workshop.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or credits for cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice.
